CFS Senior Holdings is the for-profit investment affiliate of Community First Solutions (CFS), one of the region’s largest and most experienced senior living owner/operators. Founded in 1918 and headquartered in Hamilton, Ohio, CFS has built a mission-driven platform spanning independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, behavioral health, and home- and community-based services across nine Ohio counties.
CFS Senior Holdings actively pursues regional management contracts, joint venture equity investments — including new construction — value-add acquisitions, and sponsorship transitions across the senior living spectrum. Structured as a for-profit entity, we provide investors and partners with capital-efficient deal structures and market-rate returns, backed by a leadership team averaging more than 20 years of senior living expertise and a demonstrated track record of occupancy growth and NOI improvement.
